About Syneos Health Research & Insights Surveys Participation Expectations

Surveys are conducted throughout every month and require consistent participation to maintain eligibility in the program. You can select the studies in which you wish to participate during the registration process. We are aware of each of your busy lives and schedules which is why we strive to make this process as efficient as possible.

The time it takes to complete each diary varies directly on the complexity and depth of the specific diary as well as your level of activity that month. As valued participants know that you’ll receive an incentive for every diary you complete, encouraging your continued participation.

The time is takes to complete each survey during the month varies from survey to survey based on your level of activity that month. We ask that you carefully consider your schedule when choosing which diaries you wish to participate in, ensuring that you have the time available to complete your diaries. Points are awarded based on the time and depth of each diary, which can take as little as 4 minutes to complete. You can be assured your identity and participation are strictly confidential as we follow industry data security and privacy policies.

For Physicians:

eAnswers:

  • Share your impressions and experiences with online pharmaceutical promotions directed toward you (rather than patients).
  • You’ll receive this diary in the beginning of each month to report the promotional activity throughout the entire month.
  • Anticipated time to complete each month: 10 to 20 minutes depending on activity.

DetailAnswers:

  • Provide detailed data on pharmaceutical representative visits made to you and any subsequent activity, whether you’re an office-based or hospital-based physician.
  • Each month you will report on any contact with pharmaceutical representatives that occurs within your practice.
  • Anticipated time to complete each month: 20 to 40 minutes depending on activity.

EventAnswers:

  • Help us track event volume, spending, attendance, and topics discussed by sharing information about the events and meetings you attend.
  • Your feedback will help identify the specific information you would like to see incorporated into future pharmaceutical company-sponsored events.
  • You’ll receive this diary in the beginning of each month and should report on the promotional activity for the entirety of the month. Anticipated time to complete each month: 5 to 10 minutes.

TreatmentAnswers:

  • Offer your unique professional insight into patient treatments and your prescribing habits.
  • The data you provide in this diary is invaluable because allows the pharmaceutical industry to better direct its drug research efforts.
  • You will report one working day per month. The week in which you will be required to report will be pre-assigned each month, but you get to choose which day of that week you would like to report to allow for maximum flexibility for your schedule.
  • Anticipated time to complete each month: 30 to 60 minutes.
