Q. What kinds of products are included in this program?
A: To compensate you for your time and effort, you'll accumulate points over time and across multiple surveys. Then, you can apply your points toward a variety of e-gift cards from companies like Amazon.com, L.L. Bean, Target and Best Buy and restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Chili’s, Carrabba’s and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Q. I haven’t signed up to participate yet. How do I get a user name and password?
A: There are a few ways to get a user name and password. If you received a mailing or email from Syneos Health™ asking you to participate in the Partner Insights program, there is a user name and temporary password included in your mailing. Just enter it in the boxes, click the login button, then complete the enrollment form.

Q. How do I take the surveys for which I am enrolled?
A: Once logged in, you will see a link to each survey in which you are currently enrolled. You will also receive periodic emails letting you know when a new reporting period has arrived.
Q. What surveys are available?
A: Syneos Health™ offers various types of surveys based on your location, pharmaceutical sales representative activity, online promotion activity and meeting and event participation. Survey questions are easy to answer. For example, in the DetailAnswers audit, panelists are asked to list all medications discussed during a pharmaceutical sales call. Panelists are also asked if the sales call occurred over the phone or at what location (office, hospital, etc.).
Be assured your identity and participation are strictly confidential.
Q. How often are surveys conducted and how long will they take to complete?
A: Surveys are conducted monthly. We need your consistent participation and will compensate your commitment. We know you’re busy; you can choose surveys in which you wish to participate.
The time it takes to complete each survey during the month varies from survey to survey based on your level of activity that month. It can take as little as 10 minutes or as much as an hour. Please consider your schedule when choosing which survey(s) you wish to participate. Points are paid based on the time it takes to complete the surveys.
Q: How does the point system work?
A: A predetermined number of points are assigned to each Syneos Health™ diary, depending upon its length, complexity and time to complete. When an HCP submits a completed diary, they will be compensated by crediting their account with the number of points assigned for that particular diary. In order to be eligible for items with a higher point value, HCP’s can save points for a determined period of time and combine them across several diaries. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, points may be redeemed at any time for e-gifts cards, as long as the "point balance" meets or exceeds the "point value" of the item(s) selected.
Q: How do I redeem points?
A: An active HCP can redeem points on the portal based on available point balance, from a variety of e-gift card options. Card fulfillment and delivery are completed by our partner, Tango Card. Q: How soon will I receive my points?
A: Points are typically paid to your account at the beginning of the new month.
Q: What do I do if I find a discrepancy in my total points?
A: If you feel there is an error that needs to be corrected, call a Partner Insights Specialist at

Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can change your password on the "My Profile" page of the new Syneos Health™ Partner Insights website. On the profile page enter new password and conform password in provided boxes.
Q: What do I do if I’ve forgotten my username and/or password?
A: If you forget your username and/or password,
- Click the “forgot password” link on the Syneos Health Partner Compensation homepage
- Enter your email address
- Click the “Reset Password” button
Q: Can I view all of my past orders and transactions online?
A: Yes. All past orders will appear on your account history. You can view and print your account history on the “Rewards” tab, where your redemptions and values will be listed at the bottom of the page.
Q: What do I do if I find a mistake in my survey history?

Q: How do I enter or update personal or address information?
A: You can update your personal information on the "My Profile" page of the Syneos Health™ Partner Insights website. We encourage you to keep your profile current to make the most of the program, including your communication preferences.
Q: Do you share my name and postal address with other companies?
A: No, we do not share or sell names or addresses with other companies. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on this site for more detail.
Q: What happens to my points if I discontinue my participation in the Syneos Health™ market research audits?
A: Points will remain available for redemption for six months following your last completed market research survey. Once your account has been inactive for a period of six months, any unused points will expire and the account balance will become zero.
Q: What are the tax implications related to participating in market research with Syneos Health™ Research?
A: Syneos Health™ Research is not a tax or accounting advisor, and recommends that you discuss any concerns or questions you might have about your participation in the program with a qualified accountant or tax advisor. Because you are rendering services to Syneos Health™ Research in exchange for compensation under the program, Syneos Health™ Research is required to file with the IRS Form 1099 for each participant that meets or exceeds $600 in compensation received through the program in a calendar year. The $600 can be any combination of cash or paid points through the Partner Compensation program. Receipt of less than $600 in compensation does not mean such lesser amount is not taxable income to you. You may be able to deduct any costs you incur in connection with participation, although you should consult your tax advisor. Syneos Health™ Research will annually mail you a copy of Form 1099 filed with the IRS.
Q: Why must I complete IRS Form W-9 when requested by Syneos Health™ Research?
A: Syneos Health™ is required to file Form 1099 with the IRS for each participant that meets or exceeds $600 in compensation received through the program in a calendar year, and must obtain your tax identification number – "TIN" (typically your social security number) to do so properly. You are required to complete the Form W-9 when Syneos Health™ Research, as the service recipient and payor, requests your TIN. If payments exceed $600 and you have not provided the Form W-9, Syneos Health™ Research is required to commence backup withholding, and will at your choosing either (1) redeem additional points equal to this requirement, or (2) you may provide sufficient funds to Syneos Health™ Research, or select a reduced payment, to enable such withholding.
Q: Must I sign the certification on the Form W-9?
A: Generally no, and therefore you may complete the Form W-9 online. Only if you have received notification from the IRS that you have previously given an incorrect TIN, must you sign the certification. In that case you may not complete the Form W-9 online and must (1) strike out item 2 in Part II – Certification, and (2) sign and return the Form W-9 to Syneos Health™ Research by mail (mailing address: Syneos Health™; 100 Brandywine Blvd 2nd Floor; Newtown, PA 18940)
Q: Which web browser should I use to view the new Syneos Health™ Partner Insights Program site?
A: The most recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, or Google Chrome will all work well.
Q: Can I fill out surveys using a mobile device?
A: Yes, iPhone 7 10+, iPhone 8 and Plus II, iPhone X 11, Android phone running Android 6+; Tablet: iPad and Android (Nexxus 7 and 9 running 6+) iPad Pro, 5th, and 6th running IOS 11 are optimal.
